01The ribbonthe ceremony
The grand opening took place on December 14, 2024. The red ribbon was cut by the owner of Sea Breeze Emin Agalarov, the dancer and choreographer Ildar Gaynutdinov and the singer, the winner of Eurovision 2011, Nigar Jamal. Among the guests were the People's Artist of Azerbaijan Sevda Alekperzade, the singer Sevanna and the stylist Tatyana Shapiro.

03The houseThe Grand
A five-story apart-hotel and residences on the first shoreline of Sea Breeze: 224 apartments and 3 penthouses, architect Alexey Fursov. The building also has the restaurants Scalini and Bosfor, a wine shop, boutiques, an ABB bank branch and a conference hall.
