01Steamwhat kind of place this is
The Wellness Club occupies a separate volume in the apart-hotel The Grand on the first shoreline of Sea Breeze. It opened on December 14, 2024 and, in the words of Agalarov Development, became the company's first wellness project.
Of this, 800 m² is the hydrothermal zone. The rest: a bath complex, a lounge, halls and passages. The source of the figures is a Sea Breeze news item of 15.12.2024 and a press release of Agalarov Development.
The club continues the oriental theme of the hotel itself: a hammam with a heated stone, lattice panels, marble and arches. The wording “in the best traditions of the Ottoman Empire” is the club's own words.
“The Wellness Club in The Grand building offers an authentic SPA treatment; you can book by phone +994 12 311 16 65,” — Sea Breeze lists the club among what operates at the resort year-round.

03Waterthe pool and attractions
The main hall is a basin under an octagonal glass lantern with a round plunge pool in the middle. Along the edge are bed-loungers and wicker dome gazebos.
“Under the transparent dome is a pool with 14 water attractions: a counter-current, wall and floor hydromassage, hydromassage loungers in the basin of the pool — an excellent opportunity for relaxation and free swimming. To maintain the high quality of the water we use a multi-stage water purification system.”

04Saltthe hammam and sauna
The bath complex: the main hall of the “Soğukluk” hammam with a warm marble lounger, a Himalayan salt sauna no hotter than 50 °C and a snow fountain next to it.
“A visit to the Himalayan salt sauna will be pleasant and beneficial even for those who do not like high temperatures — the temperature regime of the salt sauna does not exceed 50 degrees. After a visit to the bath complex you can get a charge of vigor and health after rubbing down with soft, fluffy snow from the snow fountain.”
